Badge System Overview
PerpCord features a comprehensive badge system that rewards your trading achievements. Badges appear on your profile and automatically sync to Discord roles, giving you visible recognition in the server.
There are four categories of badges:
- Dynamic Badges - Based on current stats, can be earned and lost
- Season Achievements - One-time achievements that reset monthly
- Duel Badges - Earned through head-to-head trading duels
- Special Badges - Persist forever, even across monthly resets
Dynamic Badges
These badges are calculated from your current stats. If your stats drop below the threshold, you’ll lose the badge.
Wealth Ladder
Earn badges based on your current coin balance:

These badges are tiered - you only display the highest one you’ve earned!
Streak Ladder
Earn badges based on your current win streak:

A single loss resets your win streak to zero!

Special Badges
These badges are extra special - they persist forever, even after monthly resets!
Monthly Champion 🏆
Awarded to the #1 trader at the end of each month. This prestigious badge:
- Shows you were the best trader that month
- Persists to the next month as proof of your achievement
- Is highly competitive - only one player earns it each month!
Champion 👑
Awarded to the current #1 player on the leaderboard. This badge:
- Updates in real-time as the leaderboard changes
- Shows you’re currently the top trader
- Can be lost if someone overtakes you
Badge Roles
When you earn a badge, it automatically syncs to a Discord role with the same name. This means:
- Your badges are visible in the member list
- You get a colored role showing your achievement
- Other players can see your accomplishments at a glance
Badge roles are managed by the bot. Server admins can run /setup_roles to create all badge roles.
Monthly Reset
At the end of each month, most badges are reset:
Reset:
- All dynamic badges (Wealth, Streak, Performance)
- Season achievements (Degen, YOLO Trader, etc.)
- Player balances return to 10,000 coins
Preserved:
- Monthly Champion badge (carries to next month)
- Pepe Hunter badge (persists forever)
- Duel badges (persist across resets)
This gives everyone a fresh start each month while recognizing the previous month’s champion!
Checking Your Badges
Use /perp profile to see your current badges, or /perp badges to see all available badges organized by category with a dropdown menu.
