The Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks all players by their current coin balance. Use /perp leaderboard to see where you stand!
Leaderboard Display
The leaderboard shows:
- Rank - Your position among all players
- Username - Player’s Discord name
- Balance - Current coin amount
- Badges - Earned badges displayed as emojis
The leaderboard shows 10 players per page. Use the page parameter to see more:
Monthly Seasons
PerpCord runs in monthly seasons. At 00:00 UTC on the 1st of every calendar month, the season automatically rolls over.
Season Reset
When a season ends:
- The final top 10 is snapshotted into permanent season history
- All player balances reset to 10,000 coins
- All dynamic badges, season achievements, permanent badges, and badge roles are wiped
- All-time records, trades, rounds, daily quests, and wheel spins are cleared
- Players must
/perp join again to be active in the new season
The snapshotted top 10 from past seasons is preserved — admins can recall them with /admin season last.
You won’t appear on the new season’s leaderboard until you run /perp join again.
Season History
The full top 10 of every closing season is preserved in season_snapshots — admins can pull past standings with /admin season last.
Push hard near the end of the month — the final ranking when the clock hits 00:00 UTC on the 1st is what gets snapshotted!

Consistent Trading:
- Trade every round to accumulate gains
- Even small wins add up over time
- Avoid big losses that set you back
Daily Bonuses:
- Claim your free wheel spin daily
- Complete daily quests for bonus coins
- Catch Pepes and claim power crates

Use /perp profile to see:
- Your current balance
- Your rank on the leaderboard
- Your win rate and statistics
- Your earned badges
Comparing with Others
Use /perp profile user:@username to view another player’s stats and see how you compare.
Competition Tips
Early month advantage: At the start of each season, everyone has 10,000 coins. A few good trades early can put you ahead of the pack!
Compound your gains: As your balance grows, you can make larger trades — but watch out for the whale tax on balances over 20,000. A 10% gain on 50,000 coins still beats the same gain on 10,000.
Watch the leaders: Check the leaderboard regularly to see what balance you need to reach the top spots.
Avoid big losses late in the season: If you’re in a good position near month end, consider playing more conservatively to protect your rank.

- All players start with the same balance each season
- Prices come from real market data (CoinGecko)
- Token selection is random
- The whale tax keeps big balances from snowballing too hard
