The Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks all players by their current coin balance. Use /perp leaderboard to see where you stand!
Leaderboard Display
The leaderboard shows:
- Rank - Your position among all players
- Username - Player’s Discord name
- Balance - Current coin amount
- Badges - Earned badges displayed as emojis
The leaderboard shows 10 players per page. Use the page parameter to see more:
/perp leaderboard page:1 (ranks 1-10)
/perp leaderboard page:2 (ranks 11-20)
/perp leaderboard page:3 (ranks 21-30)
Monthly Competition
PerpCord runs on a monthly cycle. At the end of each month, the competition resets and a champion is crowned!
Monthly Reset
At the end of each month:
- The #1 player is awarded the Monthly Champion badge 🏆
- All player balances reset to 10,000 coins
- Most badges are cleared (except Monthly Champion and Pepe Hunter)
- A new competition begins!
Monthly Champion
The Monthly Champion badge is the most prestigious award in PerpCord:
- Only one player earns it each month
- It persists to the next month as proof of your achievement
- Shows in your profile and as a Discord role
- Represents being the best trader that month
The Monthly Champion badge from the previous month stays visible, so everyone knows who dominated last month!

Strategies for Ranking Up
Consistent Trading:
- Trade every round to accumulate gains
- Even small wins add up over time
- Avoid big losses that set you back
Risk Management:
- Don’t go all-in on every trade
- Use lower leverage when uncertain
- Preserve your balance for good opportunities
Daily Bonuses:
- Claim your free wheel spin daily
- Complete daily quests for bonus coins
- Catch Pepes and claim power crates

Your Position
Use /perp profile to see:
- Your current balance
- Your rank on the leaderboard
- Your win rate and statistics
- Your earned badges
Comparing with Others
Use /perp profile user:@username to view another player’s stats and see how you compare.
Competition Tips
Early month advantage: At the start of each month, everyone has 10,000 coins. A few good trades early can put you ahead of the pack!
Compound your gains: As your balance grows, you can make larger trades. A 10% gain on 50,000 coins is much more than on 10,000!
Watch the leaders: Check the leaderboard regularly to see what balance you need to reach the top spots.
Avoid big losses late in the month: If you’re in a good position near month end, consider playing more conservatively to protect your rank.
Fair Play
PerpCord is designed for fair competition:
- All players start with the same balance each month
- Prices come from real market data (CoinGecko)
- Token selection is random
- No pay-to-win mechanics
The best traders win through skill, strategy, and consistency!
